CBS has confirmed that Star Trek: Discovery is officially in production. After being delayed twice and having its original showrunner leave, the network released a capture of the camera slate for the shows first episode.
Discovery is the sixth live-action show in the Star Trek series and the first to begin production since Enterprise in 2001.
A new logo was also released featuring a new delta shield.
Star Strek: Discovery will be available through the CBS streaming service, CBS All Access in the US, Space and CraveTV in Canada and Netflix internationally. There is no premiere date for the show just yet.
